# Blinker
|
||||

||||
Blinker provides a fast dispatching system that allows any number of
|
||||
interested parties to subscribe to events, or "signals".
|
||||
|
||||
Signal receivers can subscribe to specific senders or receive signals
|
||||
sent by any sender.
|
||||
