aykhans 1956eb1c44 fix(script): enforce script body limits without streaming 
Streaming accepted a chunked body cut at a chunk boundary as complete,
so the limit now comes from the client that reads the body, picked per
requested size. Script requests keep their own default, maxBodySize
accepts sizes like 10MiB, and files sarin downloads for itself are
capped at 64MiB.

aykhans f1d91e3d77 feat: limit response body sizes 
fasthttp allocates the body from the declared Content-Length before
reading it, so a server could exhaust memory by declaring a size it
never sends. The new max response body config bounds every response,
defaults to 10MiB and accepts sizes like 10MiB or 2MB. Scripts get the
same as a maxBodySize option on http().

aykhans d346067e8a Rename Append to Merge, replace strings_Join with slice_Join, and auto-detect non-TTY output 
- Rename Append to Merge on Cookies, Headers, and Params types and simplify Parse to use direct append
- Replace strings_Join(sep, ...values) with slice_Join(slice, sep) for consistency with slice-based template functions
- Auto-enable quiet mode when stdout is not a terminal
- Remove ErrCLINoArgs check to allow running sarin without arguments
- Add -it flag to Docker examples in docs

aykhans 81f08edc8d Add file upload support with body_FormData and file_Base64 functions 
- Add FileCache for caching local files and remote URLs in memory
- Update body_FormData to accept variadic key-value pairs with file support
  - Use @ prefix for file paths (local or HTTP/HTTPS URLs)
  - Use @@ to escape literal @ values
- Add file_Base64 function for Base64 encoding files
- Update documentation with new syntax and examples
